Delivery and Returns
How is our shipping and delivery work?
- We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, Shipping fee will calculate as the final step of checkout procedure.
- We ship to all around Australia and usually dispatch your parcel within 72 hours.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep a close eye on your order until it reach your address.
- Delivery timeframes depends on your location. We use Australia post for most of our deliveries. Depend on your location, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 8 business days.
How about our return policy?
- You have 30 days to return an item for a refund starting from your delivery date.
- Not all items are eligible for return. Any product that excludes under our return policy will be display on the product page or at the checkout. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging.
- To eligible for a full refund, your item should be in,
- Item(s) must be process for return and placed in post within 30 days of the date your item(s) delivered.
- Item(s) which marked as ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Non-Returnable’ at the time of purchase unless item(s) with a faulty.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging.
- Please Note: If you return a bundle pack item(s) the bundle price is no longer valid for a full refund. The item your keep will amend to current sale price and a refund will be proceed for the remaining balance.
Example –
Purchase Big Hoodie Twin Pack for bundle price $120
Return one Hoodie which current sale price is $79
Your refund on remaining is $110 - $79 = $41
This is an example of how it works. Final prices will be change at the time you request a refund.
